TLC Shepherds sales pet quality puppies only. If you are purchasing one of our puppies for registered breeding purposes, the price point for unrestricted papers is different from the advertised pricing. Please contact TLC Shepherds if you wish to purchase one of our dogs for breeding. Since this is not normal, we would need to agree upon the terms of purchase before completing the sale.
